Mini Tuna Melts

This is a fun, easy recipe that I’m sure kids would love (they could also make these on their own). As an adult, I’m quite fond. I had these for lunch with a nice green salad. These would also work as a party food.

  1. Make your tuna salad – one can tuna, dab mayo, sliced kalamata olives, and s/p. You can make tuna salad any ol’ way you prefer, some ppl like onions or raisins in theirs but I love olives.
  2. Lay mini party toasts on a baking sheet & bake for a few minutes at 375 degrees – just to get the toast a little crunchy.
  3. Take out of the oven and spread the tuna salad on the toasts and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Bake until cheese has melted.
