This is a super easy side dish – simply wash your snow peas (about 1/2 pd), wipe clean (never wash oyster or shitake mushrooms) a pkg of oyster mushrooms, and mince about 1/4 a small red onion. Add all ingredients to a small saute pan and saute with a dash of salt and olive oil. For added flavor, include a splash of soy sauce or experiment with flavored salts. For a low-calorie complete meal, serve with baked salmon (or baked tofu) and rice.
