Watercress Salad with Apple & Pear

A perfect autumn salad … simply whisk together 2 tbsp. olive oil, 1 tbsp. cider vinegar, 2 tsp. pure maple syrup, and 2 tsp. Dijon mustard. Season with S/P and adjust flavors based on your taste. Set aside.

To make the salad, simply plate 4-6 cups of watercress (thick stems removed & leaves chopped) and top with sliced celery, apples, and pears. Drizzle dressing on top of each salad and garnish with Gorgonzola. Enjoy!

Serves: 2 large salads or 4 side salads
