Snack Time: Pears with Pomegranate

A perfect snack for pear season …

Simply core and split a whole pear, scoop out the seeded section and fill with cottage cheese. Top with fresh pomegranate and drizzle with honey or agave.

You can also substitute goat cheese for the cottage cheese if you want a richer taste; this makes a great dessert.
